Step 2: Section the oranges. If they are juicy, cut them in pieces, but if they are not you can open them and detach them from one another. 

Step 3: Spread the oranges on a flat tray or a baking sheet and freeze for about 4 hours. It’s best to spread wax paper on the bottom of the tray to prevent the leaked juice from getting the oranges stuck to the tray. Also ensure that the oranges don’t come in physical contact with one another, so that they can freeze separately and so you can grab them one at a time.
